Please read carefully before booking as this may help to avoid any misunderstanding later.
Sammy Jamaican Tours (the Company) takes its obligations seriously, and accepts your booking as the Client under the following terms and conditions.
Confirmation of Booking
A firm booking has been made once our itinerary has been accepted by you. The issue of a booking or reservation reference number will represent confirmation.
Payment
A 20% deposit is required at booking confirmation. The remaining 80% is to be paid within 8 weeks of the tour start date. Where bookings are confirmed within eight weeks of the tour start date the entire amount is payable.
Payment Method
1. Direct transfer. Payment can be made by direct transfer (BACS) to Sammy Jamaican Tours account as follows:

In the case of international payments the Client will ensure that the full GBP Sterling amount is received by the Company after all bank charges or fees have been levied.
2. Payment by credit card. We can accept payment by credit card through PayPal. In this case a processing fee will be levied as follows:
UKSterling payments 3.5% Foreign currency payments 5%
Amendments
Once a booking is fully confirmed, any client amendments to an itinerary will incur a fee of £30 per amendment (for tailored tours).
Cancellations and Refunds
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour at its own discretion, including the cancellation of a group tour with insufficient bookings. In such cases the limit of the Company’s liability to the Client is the return of any monies paid.
Alternatives
Whilst the Company shall do everything reasonably possible to provide the tour itinerary as planned, the Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, transport or accommodation for whatever reason.
Where The Client cancels the tour reservation, then the effective date of cancellation will be the date the Company receives written notification. The cancellation charge to the Client is listed below.

We are unable to refund unused tours, attraction tickets and attraction passes unless the relevant attraction/ tour is withdrawn or closed for reasons beyond our control in which case a full refund will be made. For multi-attraction passes we are unable to refund passes if individual attractions are closed.
Events beyond our control
The Company does not accept any liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, weather, war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial.
Other operators/carriers
The Company will not accept or have any liability for any acts or omissions whether negligent or otherwise of any supplier or person providing services in connection with any tour, unless such a person is employed by or under the direct control of the Company.
Insurance
The Company strongly recommend that you arrange suitable travel, medical and cancellation insurance.
Complaints
We strive to maintain an excellent level of service for our Clients, however if there are problems during the tour it is the responsibility of the Client to notify us as soon as possible. We will always endeavor to resolve such issues immediately and ensure continued enjoyment of the Client’s vacation. Should the Client have cause to complain after the vacation, it must be done so in writing (via email or traditional mail) no later than 28 days after the end of the vacation.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sammy’s Jamaican Tours.
Sammy’s Jamaican Tours has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Sammy’s Jamaican Tours shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials including without limitation, logos, brand names, images, designs, photographs, video clips and written and other materials that appear as part of our Website are copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property whether registered or unregistered (“Intellectual Property”) owned, controlled or licensed by Sammy’s Jamaican Tours. Our Website as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress. Nothing on our Website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Intellectual Property displayed or used on our Website, without the prior written permission of the Intellectual Property owner. Sammy’s Jamaican Tours aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The names and logos of Sammy’s Jamaican Tours, may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on our Website, without prior, written permission from Sammy’s Jamaican Tours.
